Ordering Procedures

Our order desk is open Monday to Friday and Sunday from 9 am to 3pm. We are closed all statutory holidays. All fresh fruit orders must be placed by 12:00 noon the day previous to a scheduled delivery day. All standard wholesale orders must be placed by 3:00 pm the day previous to a scheduled delivery day. Please note the ordering procedures for high volume and specialty cake orders in the specialty cake section.

Voicemail Orders

The order desk staff will confirm orders left on our voice mail on the next business day. Upon confirmation, delivery will be scheduled. Call (604) 732-8473 to place order.

Fax & Email Orders

The order desk staff will confirm orders received in our email or received by fax on the next business day. Upon confirmation, delivery will be scheduled.

Large Orders

Any product of any one flavour over the following units require 3-business days notification: 10 cakes, 10 cheese cakes, 10 Tarts or Pies, 10 dozen bars, 10 dozen cookies, 20 loaves, 2 boxes mini cookies, 5 boxes Petit fours, 10 dozen biscotti, 2 Boxes mini tartlets, 3 dozen individual desserts.

Specialty Cake

All specialty Cakes, Wedding cakes, & Slab cakes are bought & paid or billed in advance. All specialty cakes require 5-business days notice. Slab cakes require 5-business days notice. Wedding cakes require 10-business days advance notice .At the time of ordering a conformation sheet must be signed & faxed back to us.

Returns

Please check over all products carefully at time of delivery. Should there be any problems with our product contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving product) and return the item to us. We will evaluate the situation and credit accordingly.

Restocking charges

There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for orders that have not been pick on the date arrange.

Pick Up Wholesale Orders

Pick up wholesale orders must be placed by 3:00 pm the day prevous to a scheduled pick-up day. Minimum order for wholesale pick up is $50.00. If paying COD exact change or cheque is needed. This service is only available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Delivery Zones & Minimums

Vancouver is Monday to Saturday. Free delivery for orders over $75.00. For orders under $75.00, there is a fee of $25.00.

North Vancouver, West Vancouver, New Westminster and Burnaby is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Free delivery for orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, there is a fee of$25.00.

Langley, Maple Ridge and Pitt meadows is Friday only. Free delivery for orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00, there is a fee of $25.00.

Richmond, Ladner, Surrey, Coquitlam and is Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Free delivery for orders over $100.00. For orders under $100.00 there is a fee of $25.00.

Whistler, Pemberton, Squamish, Lions Bay is Monday to Friday. Free delivery for orders over $200.00. For orders under $200.00 there is a fee of $40.00. All orders to this region are pre-paid or on account.

B.C. Interior: Free delivery for orders over $550.00. For orders under minimum, there will be an additional delivery charge.

Vancouver Island & Victoria. Free Delivery for orders over $425.00. For orders under minimum there will be an additional delivery charge.

Terms
All orders are COD or pre paid unless otherwise arranged. Payment must be ready for driver or product will not be left. Credit application available upon request.

Payment
We accept cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard (service fees are applied). There is a $25.00 NSF charge applied to all NSF cheques. There is an interest charge of 2% applied to all over due accounts.
